High-tech fuel efficient engine oil according to the latest ACEA C3 specification, specifically developed for modern gasoline and diesel engines in passenger cars.
This engine oil is produced using the latest low-ash additive chemistry and satisfies the requirements of the VW-Longlife III specification 504 00 for gasoline engines and 507 00 for diesel engines, as well as specifications of Mercedes-Benz and other manufacturers.
The introduction of increasingly severe emission standards for vehicles is leading to the development of new engines and exhaust gas treatment systems, as a result of which a new generation of engine oils is required.
In order to fulfil those severe norms, modern diesel engines are equipped with Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and other exhaust gas after-treatment systems. Those devices must not be negatively affected by the components of the engine oil and, therefore, lubricants with a significantly reduced Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur content (low SAPS) are required.
The low-ash technology keeps the engine and the DPF clean and ensures a significant reduction in particulate emissions.

This synthetic engine oil that uses the latest low-ash technology with LongLife III character is ideally suited for vehicles of the VW Group (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat) with MIE (maintenance interval extension). It can be used in both gasoline and diesel engines, including fuel-injection engines, with or without DPF and LongLife Service, even in cars of older generations.
The oil change intervals with LongLife service recommended by VW (reference on the vehicle data carrier: QG1) are as follows:
Gasoline engines: max. 30’000 km / max. 2 years
Diesel engines: max. 30’000 / 35’000 / 50’000 km (depending on the model) / max. 2 years
This engine oil also fulfils the requirements of Mercedes-Benz (MB 229.51) and those of other OEMs according to the specifications listed below.
